Cosmology, Ontology

Bateson's "Mind and Nature" encapsulates my view of the world and of reality.  Or rather, I take it as a guide.  I particularly like the idea of "Patterns which Connect." http://www.oikos.org/mind&nature.htm

I believe there is divinity in everyone and everything.  I believe the sound "AUM" vibrates with a universal sound that connects you to this divine presence when you chant it.

Yes, I do believe in the unseen, existence beyond material.  Of course everyone does, though. An idea exists in the unseen, but no one would say it isn't real.

I believe in a prime mover, a creator, an ultimate source of all living things.  I am not sure what the parameters are, but experiencing the confines of duality is perhaps makes me think there ought to be parameters where there aren't any.

The image of the "Starmaker" in Olaf Stapledon's book of the same name closely resembles the way God looks in my imagination. http://www.manybooks.net/titles/stapledonoother07Star_Maker.html
