Having a routine is important to me. My routines are made up of daily rituals rather than habits, but they may tell you more about me. I meditate upon waking, do yoga practice, and then catch the bus on weekday mornings. It is very important to me to leave Sunday as unscheduled as possible. I like to take a long walk or a bike ride on Saturday. These 'habits' are what keep me energized and focused onwhat matters.
Sharing a laugh with someone makes me feel alive and connected. Or sharing understanding about a matter. Feeling trust and happiness with others is an essential part of knowing myself.
Money equals freedom on many levels, and I love freedom. Therefore, I like having a good income. I also believe in using whatever resources you have available, and appreciating what's around you. Therefore, economical outings and saving money also bring me satisfaction and a sense of freedom. Money is a symbol of the energy you allow into your life, nothing more.
Traditional gender roles are awesome, but in moderation. We all need to express our masculine or feminine energies depending on what fits best for the moment, and the context.
I am looking for my life partner, but I want to take it slow and base any commitment on an established friendship and shared desire. Does that make sense to you? I am curious to know what your interpretation of my meaning is. . .still trying to figure out many different perspectives!
While I like spending time with my partner or whoever I'm dating, sometimes I spend time away to take care of my needs. Having healthy boundaries; i.e., stating and taking care of my needs makes me a better potential partner and more fun because you know I'm being real.
